This is a free, drop-in health and wellness program designed to empower adults aged 55 and older to live more independently and improve their quality of life.
Whether you’re looking to stay active, manage your medications, or simply make healthier everyday choices, this program provides the knowledge, tools, and support to help you live a longer, healthier life.
Led by a Registered Nurse from the Prime Care Family Health Team, each session focuses on practical tips, community resources, and expert guidance—no prescriptions or diagnoses, just supportive care in a friendly environment.
