Registering for After-Hours Clinic

Please note that effective immediately, changes have been made to our After-Hours Clinic registration process.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, when visiting our After-Hours clinic, you will NO LONGER be required to call Prime Care FHT and wait in you car before being allowed to enter the clinic.

Beginning at 6:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9am on Saturdays, please enter Prime Care’s main office at 470 Bronte St. S., Unit 110  in order to register for a visit with the after-hours physician on duty.
The clinic is run on a first-come, first-serve basis and accepts walk-ins only. The main door of Prime Care’s suite will be kept locked until 6pm on weekdays and 9am on Saturdays.

MASKS ARE MANDATORY WHILE VISITING PRIME CARE FHT

Saturdays 9:00am to 12:00pm
CLOSED Fridays, Sundays and all statutory holidays.
