Prime Care FHT After-Hours Clinic
Prime Care FHT’s after-hours clinic is open to all community members, whether you are a Prime Care FHT patient, have a family physician elsewhere, or currently do not have a family doctor.
Beginning at 6:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9am on Saturdays, please enter Prime Care’s main office at 470 Bronte St. S., Unit 110 in order to register for a visit with the after-hours physician on duty.
The clinic is run on a first-come, first-serve basis and accepts walk-ins only. The main door of Prime Care’s suite will be kept locked until 6pm on weekdays and 9am on Saturdays.
If your medical concern is of an urgent nature, please call 9-1-1 or visit your nearest emergency department. Directions to Milton Hospital from our location can be found here.

Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm
