Live Longer, Stronger Program
Our Live, Longer, Stronger program is a free, drop-in health and wellness initiative designed to help adults aged 55 and older live more independently, improve their quality of life, and feel their best.
Whether your goal is to stay active, manage your medications, or make healthier choices each day, this program offers the knowledge, tools, and support you need to take charge of your health and well-being.
Each session is led by a Registered Nurse from the Prime Care Family Health Team, focusing on practical tips, community resources, and expert advice. There are no prescriptions or diagnoses—just friendly, supportive care in a welcoming environment.
