Live Longer, Stronger is a free wellness program for adults 55+.
Led by a Registered Nurse, each session provides practical tips, local resources, and expert guidance — with occasional guest speakers.
It’s a supportive space to learn, stay informed, and make healthier everyday choices.

The program is still free — simply register for each session you plan to attend.
