Do you live with chronic medical conditions and want to learn new strategies to
self-manage? Then this physical activity program is right for you!
Each class includes:

Healthy You – Healthy New Year
Chances are, you make most of your food and eating decisions in four physical environments: your home, workplace, restaurants, and grocery store. Join our registered dietitian as she discusses how you can make healthier options more visible, more convenient, and more automatic (no willpower required).
