Who Can Attend
| Age | Individuals aged 3 years and older are eligible. |
| Vaccines Available | Flu and COVID-19 vaccines will be offered. |
| Combined Option | You can receive both vaccines at the same visit for added convenience and protection. |
What to Bring
| Identification | Bring your Ontario Health Card or government-issued ID. |
| Booking Policy | Please book one appointment per person. |

COVID-19 Vaccine
Ontario now offers an annual COVID-19 vaccine, available each fall.
Everyone 6 months and older who lives, works, or studies in Ontario is eligible to receive it.
The vaccine is safe and effective at preventing severe illness and hospitalization. Even if you’ve had COVID-19 before, getting vaccinated helps boost your immunity.
You can receive your COVID-19 vaccine at:
- Participating pharmacies
- Public health clinics
- Some primary care providers
- A homebound vaccination service (for eligible individuals)

Flu Vaccine
The annual flu vaccine helps protect against common influenza strains and reduces the risk of complications — especially for older adults, young children, and people with chronic conditions.
Flu shots are available each fall through:
- Pharmacies
- Public health clinics
- Family doctors
