Maximize Your Health is a 6-week group-based workshop that teaches action planning, problem solving, relaxation techniques, communication skills, and more. Join us for this popular program.
TinyTots – Intoducing Solids

Your babies nutritional needs change as they grow.
Join us for our Tiny Tots sessions, if you are interested in learning how and when to introduce solid foods, as well as tips, facts and helpful information.
This class targets babies from 4-9 months of age.
