Join us for six weeks of beginner‑friendly fitness led by a Registered Kinesiologist. In small groups, you’ll work on progressive, adaptable strength and balance exercises.

• Please complete and bring the forms to your first session — or arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paper copies on‑site.
