Information Session Details:

This is for NEW participants and the first step to join PrimeFIT – Exercise Program for adults 55+.

Milton Public Library — Sherwood Branch
6355 Main St W, Milton, ON

At this session you will:
Learn about the program
Meet the instructors
Do a brief movement check
Choose your class time

Class Schedule (6 Weeks)
Classes begin:
– Wednesdays at 12:30 PM starting March 25
– Fridays at 11:00 AM or 1:30 PM starting March 27

You will choose your class time after attending the information session.
All classes take place at Milton Public Library — Sherwood Branch.
