Menopause Café Milton
Join our first Menopause Café — a space for open, supportive conversation.
We’re hosting our very first Menopause Café to bring people together for open, respectful conversations about menopause and perimenopause — no agenda, no experts, and no pressure.
It’s simply a chance to share experiences, listen, and connect over coffee, tea, and light refreshments in a relaxed lunchtime setting.
What is a Menopause Café?
A Menopause Café is part of a global movement that began in Scotland in 2017, with a mission to break the stigma surrounding menopause and increase awareness of how it impacts individuals, families, and communities.
The format is simple:
– Everyone is welcome — all genders and ages
– There are no talks or presentations — just small-group conversation
– You can share your story, ask questions, or simply listen
– The environment is respectful, confidential, and non-judgmental
“The Menopause Café is for everyone who wants to talk about the menopause to share their stories, experiences and questions, all made that little bit easier with tea and cake.”
– Rachel Weiss, Founder of the Menopause Café Charity
