Nordic Pole Walking Program
“The Smarter Way to Walk!”

This program invites all patients over 18 and all different activity levels to join in a group exercise program that helps patients obtain the many health benefits of Nordic Pole Walking as well as the support and accountability of walking with supervision from staff who are certified instructors. The program is run over several weeks and takes place outdoors.
