About The Clinic

At Prime Care Family Health Team, we believe all people have the right to access safe, respectful, and affirming healthcare that acknowledges their gender identity.

We firmly denounce discrimination targeting people who are transgender, non-binary, or gender diverse. We are dedicated to providing safe, accessible spaces and gender-affirming care within a multi-disciplined shared care model.

We welcome collaboration with like-minded healthcare organizations, providers, the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and community organizations to ensure folks can access the care they need and live their lives authentically. We understand that gender diverse folks are experts in their own care needs — we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
