Need care outside regular hours? Our After-Hours Clinic is here for you. We welcome all community members — whether you’re a Prime Care FHT patient, have a family doctor elsewhere, or don’t currently have one.

Clinic Hours & How to Access Care

Walk in or book a same-day appointment during our extended hours.

  • Monday – Thursday · 5:00 – 6:00 PM — Same-day appointments
  • Monday – Thursday · 6:00 – 8:00 PM — Walk-in visits (no appointment needed)
  • Saturday · 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM — Same-day and next-day appointments throughout the day

To check in, please visit our clinic at 470 Bronte St. S., Unit 110, Milton. For walk-in visits, registration begins at 6:00 PM on weekdays — our doors remain locked until this time.

Simple, accessible care — when you need it

Evening walk-ins

Evening walk-in visits are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shorter waits

Appointment options help reduce wait times earlier in the evening and on Saturdays.

Open to Prime Care patients and the wider Milton community.
